Shipping & Delivery
• How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. The total estimated delivery time, including handling and transit, is typically 9–14 business days for orders within the United States. US standard shipping costs $5.99 USD or is free on orders over $100.00 USD.
• Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to the European Union, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Mexico, and many other countries. If your country is unavailable during checkout, we may not currently offer delivery to your location.
Standard international shipping costs $7.99 USD or is free on orders over $120.00 USD.
• How can I track my package?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email containing a tracking link. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update.
Returns & Refunds
• What is your return policy?
We accept returns of new, unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Please contact support@eric-muller.com to begin a return.
• Do I have to pay for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, Eric Muller will cover the return shipping costs.

Yes. Transactions are protected using industry-standard SSL encryption and processed securely through Shopify and other PCI-compliant payment providers. Eric Muller does not directly store your complete credit or debit card details.
